Culture.

I’m a proud Canadian of Indo-Caribbean descent. Both my parents are born and raised in Trinidad & Tobago. As a 90’s kid from the suburbs of Toronto, you could say my upbringing was very diverse. I grew up loving to draw, record home movies and cook. That continues to this day.

Education.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from York University and then completed a Postgraduate in Sports & Event Marketing at George Brown College in Toronto. Having taught inner-city kids theatre arts and being a High School Student Teacher for a year, I have a close relationship with education and love learning.

Passion.

My passions range from art to cinema, to food and travel. Basically, I like to doodle, sit around and watch movies and stuff my face… but all in a much more complicated and sophisticated way. I love to cook and experiment with food, study film and travel - experiencing different cultures first hand is a thrill. I’m a techie and love learning about the latest apps and gadgets. I spent a year working for a few food startups after graduating from college before making the move to working in the corporate audiovisual industry for 4 years. I currently live and breathe social media and digital marketing as a Freelance Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing Director.
